Jim Levin's first renovation commenced with his first job, which was a financial holding company. He completed renovation of the company's Cambridge headquarters and contemporaneously renovated his first "mill" project, which was the former warehouse for the Howard Johnson's candy factory in Quincy, MA. Levin's career path eventually led him to become General Counsel and acting CFO of the company. Over the last 20 years his legal practice has encompassed representation of banks, corporations, and high net worth individuals in complex commercial transactions with a focus on real estate.
With a growing presence in Worcester and deepening public and private investor relationships, Levin has the breadth of experience, the expertise, and the financial strength to assume complex and challenging investment, development, and management projects. Currently Levin is purchasing and generated excellent investor returns with strategic purchases of apartments for rent and condos for sale in his UP Lofts project among others. |
